Ay PA Todos Tequila blanco 1L

Ay Pa Todos Blanco is an unaged tequila in a one liter bottle, and since the label says little about who distills it, these notes describe the category rather than the exact expression. Blanco skips the barrel entirely and goes to the bottle straight, which leaves the agave and the still with nowhere to hide. Expect cooked agave, citrus and a green herbal note on the nose, a palate of pepper, lime peel and clean agave sweetness, and a short, dry, bright finish. The liter size makes this a party bottle before anything else. Pour it into margaritas and palomas, or serve it chilled with lime and salt.
