Ay Pa Todos Reposado is a rested tequila in a one liter bottle, and the label gives little away about the distillery behind it, so these notes follow the category rather than the specific expression. Reposado spends between two months and a year in oak, enough to round off the edges of a blanco without burying the agave underneath. Expect cooked agave and light caramel on the nose, a palate of vanilla, citrus peel and gentle pepper, and a short, warm finish. The liter format and the softer profile make it a natural for volume pours. Build it into margaritas and palomas, or sip it neat if you like tequila mellow.
