Azulejos Blanco Glass w Ceramic Label 750 ml

Azulejos Blanco comes in clear glass finished with a hand-applied ceramic label, part of a range that takes its look from Mexican talavera tilework. Inside is an unaged tequila, bottled straight off the still with no time in oak, which means the agave has nothing to hide behind. Expect cooked agave and citrus zest on the nose, a palate of black pepper, lime peel and a green herbal edge, and a clean finish with a little heat at the end. Bottles in this range are made as much for the shelf as for the pour. Serve it chilled in a caballito, or build a margarita around it.
