Azulejos Talavera Añejo Bottle #2 (Brown) 750 ml

Azulejos Talavera Anejo Bottle Number Two is an aged tequila in a brown hand-painted ceramic bottle drawn from the talavera pottery tradition of Puebla, here in the standard 750ml size. Anejo tequila spends at least a year in oak barrels, and that year does the work: it darkens the spirit, softens the pepper and leaves vanilla and wood spice in their place. Expect cooked agave, honey and toasted oak on the nose, a palate of butterscotch, dried orange and clove, and a warm finish of dry oak with a sweet edge. Drink it neat after dinner, or over a single large cube.
