Azulejos Trophy Head Añejo Bottle #3 (Green) 750 ml

Azulejos Trophy Head Añejo is a Jalisco tequila sold in a hand-decorated ceramic bottle shaped like a bull's head, with añejo tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave inside. Time in oak rounds off the raw green edges of the agave without burying them: the nose leans toward vanilla, baked apple and a little toasted almond, the palate turns to caramel, cooked agave and soft cinnamon, and the finish is warm and dry with a whisper of pepper. The green colourway is one of three in the series, so shelves rarely hold all of them at once. Sip it neat from a copita, or pour it over one large cube after dinner.
