Azulejos Trophy Head Reposado Bottle #2 (Black/Blue) 750 ml

Azulejos Trophy Head Reposado in the black and blue colourway is the second bottle in a set of hand-decorated ceramic bull's heads, filled with rested tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave in Jalisco. Resting in oak is a light touch by design: it adds roundness and colour while leaving the agave recognisable. The nose gives cooked agave, vanilla and a little orange blossom, the palate runs to butterscotch, agave sweetness and light oak spice, and the finish is medium and dry with a faint pepper edge. Collectors buy these for the vessel and stay for the liquid. Pour it neat at room temperature, or over a single large cube.
