Bartenura Prosecco Brut Rose 750 ml

Bartenura Prosecco Brut Rosé is an Italian sparkling wine from the house best known for its blue bottle Moscato, made in the Veneto from Glera with a small share of red grapes that give it colour and a little more structure. Brut means it is finished dry, so the fruit has to carry it rather than sugar. Expect wild strawberry and white peach on the nose, a palate of red berry, citrus and a fine persistent bead, and a crisp, dry finish. This is a bottle for the table rather than the cellar. Serve it properly cold, on its own as an aperitivo or alongside cured meats and salty snacks.
