Belvedere F1 Limited Edition is Polish rye vodka dressed in a motorsport livery for the brand's Formula 1 partnership. What is inside is the house recipe: Dankowskie rye grown in Poland, distilled at Polmos Zyrardow and blended with water drawn from the distillery's own well, bottled with no added sugar or glycerol so the grain carries the flavour rather than a softener. The nose is clean and faintly bready. The palate is rounder and fuller than neutral vodka, with vanilla, a flick of white pepper and gentle cereal sweetness. The finish is dry and warming. Keep it in the freezer and pour it straight, or build a martini with a lemon twist.
