About this bottle
Bénédictine D.O.M. is a French herbal liqueur first produced in the 19th century in Fécamp, Normandy, built from a secret blend of 27 plants and spices macerated and distilled before being aged and sweetened. Despite "brandy" appearing in some listings, it's a liqueur rather than a straight brandy, with a cognac-brandy base folded into the final blend. It carries notes of honey, saffron, myrrh, and citrus peel alongside herbal spice, landing sweeter and more complex than a standard herbal digestif. This 750 ml bottle suits fans of classic pre-Prohibition cocktails as much as after-dinner sippers.
How to drink Bénédictine D.O.M.
Sip it neat or on ice as a digestif, or use it in the classic Vieux Carré or a Bobby Burns where its honeyed spice rounds out whiskey and vermouth.
