Bombay Sapphire Dry Gin 200ml

Bombay Sapphire is a London dry gin made at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, and it is built differently from most of its category. Instead of steeping the botanicals in the spirit, the distillery passes alcohol vapour through baskets holding ten botanicals, a method that draws out lighter aromatic oils and gives the gin its noticeably delicate profile. Juniper still leads, with lemon peel and coriander seed close behind. The palate brings citrus, almond and angelica together with a light peppery lift, and the finish is clean, dry and crisp. The 200ml is a useful size for travel or a single round of drinks. Pour it into a gin and tonic with a lime wedge, or a dry martini.
