About this bottle
Bombay Sapphire is one of the best-known London Dry-style gins, distilled by the Bombay Spirits Company using a vapor-infusion method that passes spirit vapor through a basket of ten botanicals rather than steeping them directly in the liquid. Those botanicals include juniper, coriander, lemon peel, almond, cassia bark, grains of paradise, cubeb berries, angelica and orris root, and liquorice, giving it a lighter, more citrus-and-floral profile than a juniper-heavy classic London Dry. It's one of the most widely used gins behind a bar precisely because that balance makes it work across a wide range of cocktails.
