Before barreling, the spirit is filtered through sugar-maple charcoal in the Lincoln County Process, the step that separates Tennessee whiskey from bourbon. The mash bill leans heavily corn-based with rye and malted barley in support. Expect a full-bodied pour: caramel and vanilla up front, baking spice and oak through the middle, and a warm, slightly smoky finish.
