Reposado sits in oak for somewhere between two months and a year, long enough to take on colour and a layer of vanilla while the agave still leads the conversation. The nose is cooked agave, vanilla and light oak. The palate brings caramel and roasted agave together with soft pepper and a citrus lift, and the finish is smooth, warm and gently sweet.
