This is a limited edition single barrel bourbon from New Riff Distilling. It is made from a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% rye, and 12% malted barley. It is aged for at least four years in new, charred American oak barrels. This bourbon has a deep amber color and a nose of caramel, vanilla, and oak. On the palate, it has notes of toffee, baking spices, and oak. The finish is long and smooth with a hint of sweetness. This is a great bourbon for sipping neat or on the rocks.
