Ruby River Gin is Bozeman Spirits' gin, distilled in Montana with Rocky Mountain water and a botanical bill that leans contemporary rather than sharply juniper-forward. That makes it a friendly gin for people who think they do not like gin, and a flexible one behind the bar. The nose is juniper with citrus peel and a soft floral lift; the palate carries coriander, light spice and a rounded, almost sweet grain body; the finish is clean and dry with pine returning at the end.
