Appearance: Rich, deep amber to tawny copper with heavy, slow-moving legs on the glass. 

Nose: Immediately warm and inviting. Waves of dark brown sugar, creme brulee, and butterscotch are layered over deep charred oak. Subtle hints of seasoned leather, tobacco, dark cherry, and a sharp prickle of rye spice cut through the initial sweetness. 

Palate: Full-bodied, rich, and oily. Robust vanilla bean, heavy caramel, and honey lead the way. As it sits on the tongue, the high-rye spice commands attention with a burst of cinnamon, black pepper, and clove. Faint mid-palate notes of dark stone fruits (apricot and plum) and orange marmalade balance out the heat.

Finish: Long, warming, and clean. The sweetness fades into a dryer profile dominated by toasted oak, lingering baking spice, mint, and a closing kiss of honey.
