Bulleit Whiskey Sour is the classic sour built and bottled ahead of time, using Bulleit's high-rye bourbon as the base. A whiskey sour lives or dies on balance between bourbon, lemon and sugar, and having it pre-mixed means the same ratio every pour without squeezing a thing. The nose is bright lemon over vanilla and dried cherry; the palate is tart and rounded, with the rye pepper of the bourbon showing through the citrus; the finish is short, clean and dry. Shake it hard with ice and strain into a coupe, or pour it straight over a rocks glass packed with ice.
