Caisteal Chamuis Heavily Peated Double Barreled Scotch is a limited edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Islay. This whisky is made from heavily peated barley and aged in two different types of barrels, first in ex-bourbon barrels and then in ex-sherry casks. The result is a whisky with a deep smoky flavor and a smooth finish. It has notes of peat smoke, dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of spice. This whisky is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water.
