Campo Bravo Plata is a 100% blue agave tequila from Jalisco, bottled unaged so nothing stands between the agave and the glass. Blanco is the honest end of the category — no barrel to lend colour or vanilla, no time in wood to smooth over a rough distillate — and Campo Bravo is built as an everyday pour rather than a sipping showpiece. Expect cooked agave, citrus peel and a little white pepper on the nose, a clean palate of agave sweetness, lime and black pepper, and a short, peppery finish. This is margarita and paloma tequila: mix it with fresh lime, or with grapefruit soda and salt.
