Campo Bravo Agaue Reposado 750ml

Campo Bravo Reposado is a 100% blue agave tequila from Jalisco rested in oak, which is all reposado means: a stay in barrel long enough to take on colour and soften the edges, but short enough that the agave still leads the conversation. That puts it in the middle ground of the category, more forgiving than a blanco and less oak-driven than an añejo. Look for cooked agave, vanilla and light caramel on the nose, a rounder palate of agave, butterscotch and gentle spice, and a warm, medium finish. Sip it neat if you like, but it earns its keep in a reposado margarita or an agave old fashioned.
