Caramba Reposado 750ml

Caramba Reposado is a Jalisco tequila rested in oak, which is the whole definition of the category: long enough in barrel to pick up colour and take the edge off, short enough that the agave still runs the show. Reposado is where most people find their footing in tequila, softer than a blanco without the heavy vanilla of a long-aged bottle. Expect cooked agave, vanilla and citrus on the nose, a palate of caramel, agave sweetness and light oak spice, and a warm, medium finish. Pour it neat if you are sipping, or build a reposado margarita where the oak fills out the lime.
