Caramba Silver Ultra Premium 750ml

Caramba Silver is the unaged bottle in the Caramba range, a Jalisco tequila that goes from still to glass without a stop in barrel. Blanco is where a tequila has nowhere to hide: no oak to lend vanilla or colour, so what you taste is how the agave was cooked and fermented and nothing else. Expect cooked agave, lime zest and white pepper on the nose, a clean palate of agave sweetness with citrus and pepper running through it, and a crisp, short finish. This is a mixing bottle first — fresh lime and orange liqueur for a margarita, or grapefruit soda and salt for a paloma.
