Casa Loy Añejo Tequila is a 100% blue agave tequila from Tequilera de los Altos Casa Loy in Ayotlán, in the Jalisco Highlands, aged at least a year in oak to earn its añejo classification. That extra time in wood pulls it further from the brand's Blanco and Reposado: expect a deeper nose of vanilla and dark caramel, a palate of baked agave, oak, and light spice, and a longer, warmer finish than the younger expressions in the line.
