Casa Obsidiana Tequila Anejo 750 ml

Casa Obsidiana Añejo is a blue Weber agave tequila aged in oak, which is what earns it the añejo designation and the amber colour that comes with it. The barrel does most of the talking in this category, softening the spirit and layering sweetness over the agave. The nose is cooked agave, vanilla and toasted oak; the palate follows with caramel, dried fruit, cinnamon and a light cocoa note; the finish is warm, gently woody and slow to fade. This is a sipping bottle rather than a mixing one. Pour it neat at room temperature, or over one large cube if you prefer it cold.
