About this bottle
Casamigos Anejo is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco's highlands, part of the tequila brand co-founded by George Clooney, Rande Gerber, and Mike Meldman and built around the idea of an easy-drinking, low-congener sipping tequila. The anejo spends around 14 months in American white oak barrels that previously held whiskey, which pushes it well past the one-year anejo minimum. That extended aging gives it real weight for the category: rich caramel and vanilla over cooked agave, with soft oak spice through the finish. It's built to sip rather than mix, which is unusual for a mass-market anejo.
