Casamigos Blanco is a 100% agave tequila co-founded by George Clooney and Rande Gerber, built specifically around easy, unhurried sipping rather than the sharper, more agave-forward profile a lot of blancos lean into. The agave is slow-roasted before a lengthy fermentation, which softens the final spirit considerably — expect vanilla and citrus alongside the cooked agave, with far less of the peppery bite that defines many other blancos.
