Cazadores Blanco is a 100% blue agave tequila from a family-run distillery in Arandas, in the Jalisco highlands, distilled twice and bottled unaged for a clean, crisp expression of highland agave. The highland terroir — higher elevation, richer soil — tends to produce sweeter, more floral agave than the lowland valleys around Tequila town, and that shows through in Cazadores's profile. Expect a light, sweet aroma of citrus and pepper, a smooth palate with a hint of pepper and agave sweetness, and a clean finish without harsh burn. A dependable, food-friendly blanco built as much for mixing as sipping.
