About this bottle
Cazcanes No. 7 Anejo is the aged step-up from the brand's reposado, made from 100% blue Weber agave and rested a minimum of 12 months in American oak barrels, pushing well past the reposado's seven-month mark. That extra time in wood deepens the color and adds more caramel and vanilla intensity while the agave core still comes through underneath. Expect cooked agave and oak on the nose, a smooth, mellow palate of vanilla and caramel, and a lingering finish. It's a traditional, family-distillery anejo built for sipping over mixing.
How to drink Cazcanes No.7 Anejo
