Celosa Rose is a 100% blue weber agave tequila joven produced at Hacienda La Capilla in the Highlands of Jalisco, using seven-year-old agave cooked for eight hours in an autoclave and double distilled with no additives. Its color and character come from resting in used French oak barrels that previously held Napa Valley pinot noir and cabernet sauvignon, which is what gives this joven its rose tint and fruit-driven profile. The nose offers gentle berry, lemon, and mild green herbal notes over toasted oak and warm spice; the palate is soft, with light berry flavor and gentle agave sweetness finishing on a light peppery bite. It's built for tequila drinkers who want fruit-forward complexity without reaching for a fully aged reposado or anejo.
