Chopin Bartender's Choice is a Polish vodka from the family-run Chopin distillery, aimed at the back bar rather than the freezer shelf. Chopin has spent decades making single-ingredient vodkas in small batches at its distillery in eastern Poland, and this bottling is built for drinks that need a vodka with enough body to hold its shape next to citrus, vermouth or coffee. Clean grain and a faint cereal sweetness on the nose, a rounded and slightly creamy texture across the palate, and a short peppery finish that clears out of the way.
