Chopin Potato Vodka 375ml

Chopin Potato Vodka is made entirely from Polish potatoes, which is unusual on a shelf where nearly everything starts with grain, and the difference shows the moment it hits the glass. Potato gives vodka a fuller, rounder body than wheat or rye ever manage, closer to texture than to neutrality. The nose is soft and earthy with a green apple lift; the palate is creamy and full, with vanilla, a little cracked pepper and a faint mineral edge; the finish is warm and clean without any burn. Bottled at 40% ABV. Keep it cold and drink it neat in a small glass, or build a martini where the vodka is meant to be tasted.
