Chopin Vera Wang is a limited-edition release from the Polish vodka house, presented in a bottle designed with Vera Wang. What is inside follows Chopin's usual approach: single-ingredient vodka made in small batches at the family distillery in eastern Poland, built for texture rather than for scrubbed-out neutrality. The nose is soft, with a faint cereal sweetness. The palate is rounded and gently creamy with a light pepper note running through it, and the finish is short and clean. The presentation is as much of the point as the pour here, which makes it an easy gift for someone who notices bottles. Serve it very cold in a small glass, or stirred long into a martini.
