Cincoro Añejo is a luxury añejo tequila from the brand founded in 2019 by Michael Jordan and four fellow NBA team owners. The liquid earns the billing: 100% Blue Weber agave drawn from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, rested more than 20 months in used Tennessee whiskey barrels — well past the one-year minimum the añejo category requires. Those barrels show up in the glass as toasted oak, butterscotch, and dark chocolate layered over sweet cooked agave, with maple and orange rind on the nose and a finish of dried fruit and baking spice. Pour it neat in a proper glass; this is a bottle built to close out an evening slowly.
