Cincoro Blanco is the unaged bottling from the tequila house founded by five NBA team owners, Michael Jordan among them. Cincoro blends agave grown in both the highlands and the lowlands of Jalisco, and a blanco is where that decision is easiest to taste, since there is no barrel in the way. Cooked agave, citrus blossom and a wet-stone note lead the nose. The palate is clean and only slightly sweet, with green apple and white pepper, and the finish is crisp, mineral and dry. Bottled at 40% ABV. Serve it chilled and neat in a small glass, or in a margarita built with fresh lime and nothing else.
