Cincoro Reposado Tequila 375 ml

Cincoro Reposado sits between the blanco and the anejo in a range founded by five NBA team owners, Michael Jordan among them. The house blends agave from both the highlands and the lowlands of Jalisco, and a reposado is the point where the oak starts to speak without drowning out the plant. Rested in barrel and bottled at 40% ABV, it opens with cooked agave and honey over light oak and orange peel, then turns round and gently sweet on the palate with caramel, vanilla and soft spice. The finish is medium, warm and faintly peppery. Serve it neat, over one large cube, or in a tequila old fashioned with orange.
