Clase Azul Reposado is the reposado tequila that turned a hand-painted ceramic decanter into a back-bar landmark. Under the cobalt brushwork sits the real argument: 100% Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked and distilled, then rested eight months in American whiskey casks. That rest reads clearly in the glass, with cooked agave and agave nectar up front, candied orange peel and toasted hazelnut behind them, and a spiced edge of cinnamon and clove on the way out. At 80 proof the pour stays soft enough for slow sipping, which is exactly the point. Every decanter is shaped and painted by Mexican artisans, so no two are quite alike.
