Clément Rhum Agricole Blanc is a white rhum agricole from Martinique, made from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice rather than molasses — the defining difference between rhum agricole and most other rums. That fresh-cane process gives it a distinctly grassy, vegetal character with bright citrus and a clean, slightly funky edge that molasses-based rums don't have. Being unaged (Blanc), it's bottled shortly after distillation, so the raw sugarcane character comes through with nothing softened by barrel time.
