Clement Rhum Creole Shrubb D' Orange 700

Clement Creole Shrubb is a Martinique orange liqueur built on the estate's own rhum agricole, which is distilled from fresh cane juice rather than molasses, then infused with bitter orange peel and spices. That base is exactly what separates it from a standard triple sec: there is a grassy, vegetal cane note running under all the citrus, and it keeps the sweetness in check. Candied orange peel and warm spice on the nose, marmalade and clove on the palate over a rummy backbone, and a dry, faintly bitter finish. Bottled at 40% ABV. Use it wherever orange liqueur belongs, from a sidecar to a margarita, or pour it neat over a big cube.
