Cooperstown Hall of Champions Reposado is an agave spirit rested in oak, bottled in the collector-minded style the Cooperstown Distillery is known for: Hall of Fame names on the label and a bottle built for the display shelf as much as the back bar. Resting softens an agave spirit without covering it, so the plant still reads through the wood rather than hiding behind it. Expect cooked agave, vanilla and light caramel on the nose, a palate of roasted pepper, butterscotch and oak spice, and a medium finish with a touch of sweetness.
