Cosmico Tequila Anejo Cristalino 750 ml

Cosmico Añejo Cristalino is an aged blue Weber agave tequila that has been filtered back to clear, which is what cristalino means: the barrel time stays in the flavour while the colour is stripped out. The result splits the difference between blanco and añejo, keeping caramel and vanilla from the wood but drinking lighter and cleaner than a dark tequila usually does. Expect cooked agave, vanilla and light toffee on the nose, a palate of soft agave sweetness, caramel and a whisper of oak, and a smooth, lightly sweet finish. Serve it chilled and neat, or over a single cube with an orange twist.
