Cosmico Tequila Blanco 750 ml

Cosmico Blanco is unaged blue Weber agave tequila, bottled straight off the still without barrel time to shape it. Blanco is the format that shows a distillery's hand most clearly, because there is no wood to smooth over how the agave was cooked or how the ferment ran. Expect cooked agave, lime zest and black pepper on the nose, a palate of green agave, citrus and a saline mineral note, and a crisp, peppery finish. It is the right bottle for mixing: shake it into a margarita, lengthen it with grapefruit soda for a paloma, or drink it chilled and neat with a wedge of lime.
