Crafthouse Cocktails Pineapple Daiquiri is a ready-to-drink version of the simplest great cocktail there is, rum, lime and sugar, with pineapple layered over the top. It comes from the line created by bartender Charles Joly and arrives in 200ml servings, four to a pack. A daiquiri lives or dies on the balance between sweet and sour, which is why a properly batched one beats most improvised attempts at home. Expect ripe pineapple and fresh lime on the nose, a palate of rum, tropical fruit and clean citrus acidity, and a short, dry finish. Pour it into a chilled coupe and add a lime wheel.
