Cutwater Gin Collins 4pk 355ml

Cutwater Gin Collins is a canned version of the Tom Collins, built on the distillery's own San Diego gin with lemon and soda, sold in four 355ml cans. Making it in-house means the botanicals actually show up, which is not always true of canned gin drinks. The nose is bright and clean, juniper and lemon peel over a light floral note. The palate is crisp and lightly sweet, citrus leading with pine and coriander pushing through behind it, carbonation keeping everything tight. The finish is short, dry and refreshing. Pour over ice in a tall glass with a lemon wheel and drink it cold.
