Cutwater Tiki Rum Hurricane is a canned take on the New Orleans classic, built on the distillery's own rum with passion fruit and citrus in a single 355ml can. The tiki drink is usually a five-bottle project, so having it pre-built is the point. The nose is tropical and sweet, passion fruit and orange over a molasses note. The palate is fruit-forward and full, guava and citrus riding on rum sweetness with a little spice underneath. The finish is short, sweet and clean. Pour over crushed ice in a tall glass, garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
