Daddy Rack Straight Whiskey 750ml

Daddy Rack Straight Whiskey is a Tennessee straight whiskey created by master blender Mark Rackley, the barber turned whiskey maker whose nickname is on the label. It is Tennessee whiskey in the classic mould, aged in new charred oak and blended for balance rather than for proof. The nose is sweet and soft, with vanilla, banana bread and toasted corn. The palate is easy-going and rounded, caramel and baked apple leading into a light cinnamon spice with mild oak underneath. The finish is short to medium, clean and warming. Serve it over a big cube, or build a straightforward whiskey sour.
