Dented Brick Craft Gin is distilled in Salt Lake City by a small Utah house that draws its water from an artesian well on site and puts its own name, rather than a borrowed English one, on the label. The botanical build sits in the modern American camp: juniper still leads, but citrus and softer herbs get room to breathe alongside it. The nose gives juniper, citrus peel and green herbs; the palate follows with pine, coriander and a touch of root spice; the finish is dry and peppery.
