Dino Brut Sparkling Wine 750 ml

Dino Brut is a dry sparkling wine in the 750ml format, brut meaning there is very little sugar left in the finished bottle, so it reads crisp rather than sweet. That dryness is what makes a wine like this useful: it works before dinner, alongside salty food, and as the base of a spritz without turning the drink into dessert. The nose gives green apple, white flowers and citrus; the palate is crisp pear and lemon carried on fine bubbles; the finish is dry and clean. Serve it properly cold, around six to eight degrees, in a tulip glass, or pour it over ice with aperitivo and soda.
