Dizzy Donkey Tequila Blanco is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, bottled clear and unaged straight off the still. The nose opens with fresh-cooked agave, lime zest and light herbal notes; the palate is bright and smooth, sweet agave up front with a citrus lift, a touch of pepper and clean vegetal character, finishing crisp and lightly dry with lingering agave sweetness. It's a straightforward, well-made blanco built for mixing as much as sipping, with nothing masking the agave itself.

How to drink Dizzy Donkey Blanco

This is a margarita tequila first — the citrus and pepper notes are built to stand up to lime and triple sec. Sipped neat it works too, but pour it cold rather than at room temperature to keep the vegetal notes from turning sharp.
