Doc Holliday 15 Year Cask Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon that spent a decade and a half in new charred oak before going into the bottle unfiltered, at full barrel proof. Built on a mash of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley, it carries the weight those years put on it: caramelized apple, maraschino cherry, clove, and roasted pecan, with a long buttery warmth on the close. Being cask strength, the proof shifts from release to release, so no two pours land exactly alike. This is a slow bourbon. Pour it neat, give it ten minutes and a few drops of water, and let the older barrel character stretch out. One for drinkers chasing age and proof in the same glass.

        What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

        What do I do if a courier does not deliver my package?

        • On rare occasions couriers will mishandle your package and deem it damaged before it arrives and send it back to our warehouse. If this happens to you, please send us an email at support@liquorverse.com. We will send you a new bottle!
