Dom Perignon Damien Hurst Brut Champagne 2018 750 ML
About this bottle
Dom Pérignon Brut 2018 Damien Hirst Limited Edition is a vintage Champagne from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir harvested in 2018, dressed in a deep-blue label by the artist inspired by his 2001 Kaleidoscope series. It is described as the first Dom Pérignon vintage created entirely under Cellar Master Vincent Chaperon. After secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended aging on the lees, it shows jasmine, honeysuckle, and lemon on the nose, lychee and chalk on the palate, and a mineral finish with roasted hazelnut. At 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it is a bottle for collectors and for marking a significant occasion.
How to drink Dom Pérignon Damien Hirst Brut 2018
Serve it between 50 and 54°F in a tulip-shaped glass rather than a narrow flute, so the aromatics have room. Keep it simple at the table with oysters, caviar, or a sharp aged cheese.
